How we choose our suppliers
Quality, to us, starts long before a product reaches your kitchen. We work only with suppliers whose farming and harvesting practices we can stand behind: ethical, sustainably managed, and rigorously audited, wherever in the world they are found.
That means asking harder questions than most brands think to ask. Where was this grown? How was it harvested? Who benefited from it? If we would not be proud to answer those questions, the ingredient does not make it into our range.
