Terms & conditions

An order is an offer to buy. A contract of sale only comes into being once payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation. We may decline an order where stock, pricing or delivery is not possible, in which case you are refunded in full.

All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Prices and availability come from our commerce platform in real time and may change without notice. Where an obvious pricing error occurs we will contact you before dispatch.

Product photography is illustrative. Natural products vary slightly in colour, aroma and texture between harvests. Nutritional and serving guidance is provided in good faith and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Our products are foods, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking chronic medication or managing a medical condition.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address supplied. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
